Hea Karma Villa (‘great karma’ in Estonian) is located in Kallaste village, right on the shore of Lake Peipus. The beach, shared with neighbours, is directly below the building next to the sandstone outcrop. A large public beach is within a 12-minute walking distance. Hea Karma Villa is about a 40-minute drive from Tartu. There is a grocery store and two fish shops in Kallaste, so you won’t go hungry even during a longer stay.

The villa offers accommodation for one group at a time. There are three bedrooms for up to 7 guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a common sitting room. In summer, you can also benefit from the small terrace facing the afternoon sun.

By the way, well-behaved pets are also welcome.
